MIKE MULLIN - ALTO SAX -MUSICAL ARRANGER
Mike is a multi-talented musician and arranger. He has been
making music professionally for more than thirty years, in
Ottawa, Halifax and Victoria ...and in many parts of the world
with the Canadian Forces Central Band.
Mike has played numerous musical genres with many groups
over the years including, Natalie Cole, The Temptations and
Martha Reeves and the Vandell's among others.
Mike is the musical director of Moetown. He was approached
by Robin and Fred to write charts for the band...and he did...in
fine style!
He took advantage of the many decades that Motown has
topped the music charts, and the band plays Motown tunes
from the 60's when they started, as well as Motown songs that
have been re-recorded by various artists over the last forty
years!
Fans will hear that funky Motown sound by classic Motown
artists such as, The Temptations and The Supremes; by
rockers like Michael McDonald; blues artists like Joan
Osborne and pop artists like Celine Dion and Fergie.
Mike has done it all and it sounds soooo Motown!
